It was only a matter of time that this secure and well protected mainframe market, mostly dominated by IBM comes under attack as TurbuHercules. Before we ponder about what TurboHercules does, it is very interesting to do the following analysis:

- Strategy: Where to launch a company that intends to break a dominant firms lock
- Market Data: What is the market share of mainframe market = meaning how many dollars/euros etc
